This document is available in English only. The English text is the binding version.

Who runs this service

top1board.com (the "Service") is operated by Piyush Yadav, a sole proprietor based in Hyderabad, India ("we", "us", "our").

Postal address: 14-1-187/1/1, Sitarampet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Support and legal notices: support@top1board.com.

By using the Service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Before checkout you must confirm, by ticking a box, that you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a listing.

What the Service is

Top1Board is a public listing board. You may pay a listing fee to place a website or a social profile on the board, and to hold the position that your total paid supports.

Listings are paid advertisements. They are not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, awards, or independent rankings. A position on the board reflects money paid and nothing else. We do not assess, verify or recommend anything that is listed.

A payment buys placement on the board at the position that amount supports at the time it is applied, together with a profile page, a downloadable share card, an outbound link to your destination, and click statistics for that link.

A payment does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, followers, exclusive placement, a fixed period at a particular position, search engine ranking, or any other outcome. Someone else may pay more and take a higher position than you at any time.

Who may use it

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • If you are listing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" includes it.
  • You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of India, the European Union, the United States, or any other applicable jurisdiction, including trade sanctions.

How positions are decided

  • Your position reflects the total you have paid for that listing. It does not expire.
  • The minimum listing fee is US$10. The maximum is US$999,999.
  • Taking the first position costs at least US$5 more than the current first position. Paying less still places you at whatever position that amount supports.
  • If two listings have paid the same total, the one that reached that total first holds the higher position.
  • To move up an existing listing, enter the same destination again. You are charged only the difference, with a US$1 minimum. Nobody else can take your position by paying that difference.
  • We may change the board layout, categories, minimums, increments and the way positions are calculated.

Payments and taxes

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. We do not collect, see or store your full card number. Dodo Payments's own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion charge, which is outside our control.

Completing checkout is an offer to buy listing placement on the terms shown to you at that moment. Your position is assigned when the payment is confirmed and the listing is written to the board, at whatever position that amount then supports.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. A listing is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the listing is created or moved up, and the amount is counted on the public board immediately.

By completing checkout you expressly request that we begin this digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the extent the law allows that right to be waived. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it.

Being overtaken later, receiving fewer clicks than you hoped for, disliking the category you were placed in, downtime, or removal of your listing for breach of these Terms do not create a right to a refund.

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without a legally valid basis is a breach of these Terms. We may remove the listing and refuse you further use of the Service.

What you may list, and what you promise

You may list a website or a social profile that you own or are authorised to represent. By submitting a listing or a payment you confirm that:

  • You have the right to list that destination and to send visitors to it.
  • The listing and its destination comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer, privacy, intellectual property and regulated-industry rules.
  • You are not impersonating another person, brand or company, and you are not listing someone else’s site or profile without their authorisation.
  • The destination is not malware, phishing, a scam, or a site whose main purpose is to deceive visitors.
  • The information you give us is accurate, and you will keep it accurate.

What is not allowed

You may not list, or use the Service for:

  • Sexual, pornographic or adult-platform content.
  • Chat, invite or messaging-group links, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Signal and similar. The board is for websites and profiles, not group chats.
  • Link shorteners or redirects used to hide the real destination. If you submit one, we may replace it with the address it resolves to.
  • Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
  • Counterfeit goods, unauthorised streaming, or other infringement of copyright, trade mark or other rights.
  • Offers that require a licence you do not hold, including certain financial, medical or regulated products.
  • Interfering with the Service: scraping beyond ordinary browsing, manipulating click counts, evading rate limits, or automated listing without our written permission.

Query strings are stripped from listing links, so affiliate, referral and tracking parameters will not work.

Our right to remove a listing

We may refuse, delay, edit, re-categorise, hide or permanently remove any listing or page, with or without notice, where we believe these Terms or the law may have been broken, where a rights holder or platform complains, where the details you gave cannot be verified, or where a listing creates legal, security or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Names, logos and images of others

To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations: names, handles, titles, descriptions, logos, icons and preview images. We use that material only to identify the destination a listing points to, and we do not suggest that its owner endorses or is affiliated with us unless they are the person who listed it.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or is unlawful, contact us using the details on the Contact page. We may remove or restrict a listing while we review a notice.

No endorsement, no outcome promised

Appearing on the board is not our opinion of anything. We do not verify that listed companies, claims, prices or results are true. Click and visitor counts describe what our systems recorded; they are not a promise that you will see the same. Your results depend on your position, your destination, timing, and factors outside our control.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, slow or incorrect. We may change these Terms; if a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page. For a payment already completed, the Terms in force at checkout continue to apply to that payment, except where a change is required by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that the claim concerns.

Complaints and grievance officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our grievance officer is Piyush Yadav, Grievance Officer & Proprietor, 14-1-187/1/1, Sitarampet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can reach them at grievance@top1board.com.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer with mandatory local protections that cannot be set aside, those protections still apply to you.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
