What Top1Board is

Top1Board is a public directory of products, services and profiles. Anyone can pay a listing fee to appear on it, and the order of the board is decided by the total amount each lister has paid — the highest total appears first.

That is the whole mechanic, and it is stated plainly on every page that shows the board. There is no editorial selection, no review process that ranks one entry above another, and no algorithm weighing quality. A position is bought.

A listing is an advertisement. It is not a review, a rating, a certification, an endorsement or an independent ranking, and it must not be described as one.

What a listing fee delivers

Paying a listing fee delivers a specific set of things, immediately and permanently:

  • A hosted profile page at a permanent address on this site.
  • A downloadable share card — an image of the listing, for posting elsewhere.
  • An outbound link from the listing to the destination the lister chose.
  • Click analytics on that outbound link, visible on the listing.
  • A position on the global board, and on the relevant category and country boards.

Delivery is immediate and digital: the listing appears as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to wait for.

Position is a consequence of the amount paid, and it can change whenever somebody else pays more. What the fee buys is the listing and everything above; the position is not guaranteed to last, and no traffic, revenue or outcome is promised.

Who runs it

This service is operated by Piyush Yadav, a sole proprietor based in Hyderabad, India. There is no company; it is one person, trading in their own name.

How the service makes money

Listing fees are the only source of revenue. There is no subscription, no commission on anything a lister sells, no fee charged to visitors, and nothing is sold to advertisers other than the listings themselves.

Prices are set by the lister within a published range, because the position depends on the amount. The current minimum and the amount needed to reach first place are shown on the pricing page and on the board itself, before any payment is started.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Card details are entered on the provider’s own hosted page and are never seen by, or stored on, this site.

How the board started

The board opened genuinely empty. Every entry on it was created by a real person who paid a real amount, from the first one onward.

There are no seeded listings, no placeholder entries and no inflated figures. The totals shown are the totals paid, and the visitor and click counts shown are measured rather than estimated. On a board whose entire meaning is that the money is real, inventing any of those numbers would make the rest worthless.

What is not accepted

A paid listing is still subject to the rules. Destinations are checked when a listing is created, and some are refused outright — including link shorteners and group-chat invitations, because both hide where a visitor is actually being sent.

Listings may be removed for breaching the terms, and a removed listing is not restored by paying again. The full list of what is and is not allowed is in the terms of service.

Policies

The terms of service govern the relationship between a lister and this service. The refund policy states plainly that listing fees are final, and why. The privacy policy states what is collected, what it is used for and what is never done with it. All three are linked in the footer of every page.
